OUR FACILITIES

Great Kitchens’ state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located in Romeoville, Illinois, 30 miles southwest of Chicago. Commissioned in 2008, the facility was designed for safety, quality, efficiency, flexibility, and growth.

ROMEOVILLE, IL

Our 155,000 sq. ft. topping facility located near Chicago is equip with six production lines, with a capacity to produce 100+ million lbs annually. This location staffs over 600 full-time employees and produces over 100 SKUs. The current utilization of 70% based on standard shift schedule. Our facilities are USDA & FDA approved, Certified BRC GSFS A-rated.

Chicago Heights, IL

This 165,000 sq. ft. crust manufacturing facility located near Chicago is full of potential. With one production line in-use with a capacity to produce over 50 million lbs annually. This location has one additional production line not in use, and enough floor space for a total of four manufacturing lines. Our facility is currently equipped with Silo room, robotic mixer systems, rademaker sheeter, 100’ oven, high speed retail/bulk packaging systems.
